The cuisine is classical continental served in the most creative fashion. The rooms are spacious and built for comfort, all with sea-view. All the hotel facilities and services are found around the swimming pool allowing day-long contemplation of the panoramic view over the open sea, the Black River chain of mountains and the stunning Le Morne Mountain in the background.
The beach having been kept in a fairly natural state is bright-white. A sea pool has been created using stones in a natural way, offering a safe swimming area while the open sea provides a playground for the more active ones wishing to enjoy the sea sports facilities proposed by the resort.

On the country side, The Sands Resort & Spa, is ideally located at the very end of the Flic-en-Flac coastal road on the edge of Tamarin bay, in a region where several excursions can be carried out.
