Bookmauritius.com was launched in May 2003 by Exportal Ltd a duly registered company in Mauritius, licensed by the Tourism Authority, as a Tour Operator, under licence No. 04575. We specialise in the online promotion of hotels, villas and other tourist accommodation and services. Our office is situated in the heart of Grand Bay, the most developed tourist region of Mauritius.

Our Goal
Our goal is to bring an appropriate Internet tool to the independent travellers wishing to organise their holidays to Mauritius differently, away from group tours and off the beaten tracks. Our instant display of rates and availability helps those who have little time to shop around and who need to  finalise their holiday plans.

We specialise in "tailor made holidays" based on our clients' profiles, specific concepts and activities. The themes proposed are Wellness, Golf, Horse Riding, Hiking, Mountain biking, and Nautical Activities such as Kitesurfing. Our selection is therefore wide in terms of price range but remains selective and faithful to our convictions about quality, providing holiday solutions that are adequate to holidaymakers of all profiles.

Connections takes good care of our clients from the very first exchange, upon their arrival in Mauritius, during the whole of their stay and beyond.
"Connections Tourism Management Ltd" is a destination management company duly registered at the Mauritius Tourism Authority under licence No. 00112.
 
"Connections Tourism Management Ltd" was launched in October 1996 by Mr. Karl Braunecker. The company has experienced consistent growth year after year and employs today over 100 people.

Connections is a completely neutral company in the tourism sector and enjoys excellent relationships with all hotels in Mauritius. We pride ourselves of our very efficient reservation service. It is company policy to reply to requests on the same day but latest within 24 hours.
We do hold allotment capacities with all major hotels and can therefore provide instant confirmation for most requests.

When booking hotel rooms, Villas or excursions online with www.bookmauritius.com the client engages a direct transaction with “Connections Tourism Management Ltd.”

Following each booking, one will instantly receive an e-mail confirmation of the booking or transaction where we confirm good receipt of the order, booking or payment. "Connections Tourism Management Ltd" is automatically advised of the transaction and establishes the first direct contact with the client. However, we at Exportal Ltd constantly follow-up all transactions and make sure that all our partners along the line "deliver the goods".
