Overview 

The intermediary Kite Surfing Package proposed by Bookmauritius can take place in two different regions of Mauritius; "Palmar" on the East coast and Grand Gaube on the North-east coast.

Kite surfing lessons are made by two different kite schools; the one located at "Palmar" has IKO certified instructors and operates on a seasonal basis, from beginning April to mid December.
The one located at "Grand Gaube" is an IKO affiliated school operating all year round.

Each school will have its own approach to teaching; and the different steps to initiation may vary form one to the other and according to each participant's skills, wind conditions etc. The one may start with an initiation to power kites on the beach, the other may get you started straight-away with a kite with the aim to remove all unnecessary accumulated fear.
